The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A Webinar has been held at the IASBS to allow talented universities students throughout the country to get to know various support mechanisms available to them by the National Foundation for the Talented. The Webinar entitled “Support Mechanisms of the National Foundation for the Talented” was held at the IASBS on Tuesday, 30 June 2020 at 18:00 local time.
In this Webinar, which was attended by university students, graduates and interested individuals, the Head of the National Foundation for the Talented in Zanjaan Province, Dr Saifollah Rasuli, and the Head of the Coordination, Supervision and Meetings for the Talented Unit, Mr Mohammed Moraadi elaborated on the support and advocacy programmes for the talented in the country.
The topics of interest among the participants included how to use the military service facilitations provided for top graduates and support given to students for their forthcoming scientific and cultural activities in the new academic year.
The Webinar was concluded with a virtual Q & A session.
