The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A memorandum of understanding on educational, research and technological cooperation has been signed between the Meteorological Department of Zanjan province and the IASBS. The MoU was signed by the IASBS President, Prof Babak Karimi, and the Director General of the Meteorological Department of Zanjan province, Mr Mohammad Reza Rahmannia on Monday, 17 July 2023.
In this meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed for cooperation in order to expand the application of meteorological knowledge and conduct studies and research projects on issues relating to weather and climate, and to set up, repair and maintain equipment related to remote sensing, weather stations and radar and upper atmosphere sites.
In conclusion, the two sides agreed that in addition to exchanging scientific and research experience, they would consider launching educational workshops and joint research projects, and implement and develop regional models of the upper atmosphere and weather radar sites, and strive to develop them in order to help solve the problems and challenges of Zanjan province.
