The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A group of Zanjan’s trustees and the Head of the Office of Zanjan province’s distinguished Member of Parliament for Zanjan and Tarom, Dr Nabiolah Mohammadi, and the accompanying delegation, have met with the IASBS’s Acting Head, Dr Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari. The meeting took place on Sunday, 6 October 2024.
In this friendly meeting which was held in the office of the University’s acting head, Dr Sadollah Nasiri welcomed the visitors and pointed out the high scientific and research potential of the IASBS and explained the various areas of possible cooperation for the progress and development of the University. He especially emphasised the effective role of the distinguished representatives of the province in the Islamic Consultative Assembly in following up matters relating to the scientific development of Zanjan province.
