The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

On the occasion of the birth of the Lady of the two worlds, Hazrat Fatima Al-Zahra (PBUH), and to honour the status of women and mothers, a ceremony has been held in the presence of the female members of the university. During the ceremony, which was held on 22 December 2024 in the IASBS’s Najafi dining hall, the Acting President of the IASBS, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, congratulated the birth of Hazrat Fatima al-Zahra (PBUH) and congratulated all the female members of the university on Women's and Mother's Day. He elaborated on the position of the mother as the foundation and educational and cultural pillar of the family. Emphasising the deep meaning of Surah al-Kawthar, he expounded on the position of Hazrat Fatima al-Zahra (PBUH) as the Lady of the two worlds.
As is the custom every year, in this ceremony, all the female members of the university were praised and thanked, and after having cake on the occasion of this blessed birth, a group photo was taken of the female members of the university.
