The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has appointed Dr Mohsen Houshmand as the new Director of the University's Office for Scientific and International Collaboration (OSIC). In the appointment decree, Prof Nasiri Qeidari has asked God the Most High to grant Dr Houshmand success in carrying out his assigned responsibilities. The IASBS President has, in a separate letter, expressed gratitude and appreciation to the former Director of the OSIC, Dr Zahra Mousavi, for her efforts.
Dr Mohsen Houshmand's decree states:
“In view of your commitment, knowledge, and experience, by virtue of this decree, you will be appointed as the ‘Director of the University's Office for Scientific and International Collaboration’ for a period of 2 years starting on 4 January 2025 while maintaining your educational and research duties.
It is hoped that, trusting in God the Most High and in consultation with your distinguished colleagues, you will make appropriate plans to enhance the level of scientific and technological relationships with universities and scientific and research centres inside and outside the country in order to implement the university's strategic plan and also to put into effect upstream documents, especially the country's comprehensive scientific plan and the Islamic University document.
I ask God the Most High to grant you increasing success.”
