The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, and the accompanying delegation have visited Padideh Shimi Gharb (Golrang Industries). In this visit, which took place on Monday, 29 January 2025, the IASBS President was accompanied by IASBS vice presidents and faculty members, as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with local industries.
During the visit, the delegation toured various sections of the company, including the production and packaging hall, raw material processing and simultaneous mixing and storage facilities, product moulding and container manufacturing unit, sensitive hygiene product production line, industrial wastewater treatment ponds, and warehouse and logistics division. The visit also included productive discussions on potential scientific and research collaborations between the IASBS and the company.
Padideh Shimi Gharb (Golrang Industries) operates across three production sites within the Fanavaran Industrial Park, employing over 1,100 personnel. The company manufactures and distributes more than 200 cleaning and hygiene products under 8 brands and across 20 product categories. Notable aspects of the company’s operations include enhancements in production and packaging lines, high-quality simultaneous chemical mixing and storage capabilities, and advanced wastewater treatment systems—highlighted by the ability to sustain aquatic life in the final treatment pond, demonstrating full environmental compliance.
