The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The first 1403/2025 Executive Board meeting has been held in the President’s Office conference hall at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS). The meeting, which took place on Tuesday, 8 April 2025, was attended by the Deputy for the Coordination of Civil Affairs at Zanjan Governor’s Office, Mr Masoud BayatManesh, alongside the IASBS Executive Board, heads of departments, and a number of university administrators. The meeting featured extensive discussions on various topics, including development issues and the university housing plans for staff and faculty members.
