The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

فرمانده کل انتظامی کشور در رونمایی از فناوری‌های دانش بنیان «هایپراسپکترال»، «نانو پروفایلو متر» و «میکرو پرو فایلومتر» شرکت دانش بنیان فتح نور میهن مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تحصیلات تکمیلی علوم پایه زنجان در جریان ماهیت این فناوری‌های دانش بنیان که در خصوص کشف علمی جرایم ساخته شده‌اند قرار گرفت و به اهتمام فرماندهان به هوشمندسازی و توسعه فناوری‌های نوین در سطح پلیس تاکید کرد.
شایان ذکر است، ساخت و توسعه فناوری‌های دانش بنیان «هایپراسپکترال»، «نانو پروفایلو متر» و «میکرو پرو فایلومتر» با همکاری نخبگان شرکت دانش بنیان فتح نور میهن فعال در حوزه طیف سنجی نمونه‌های زیستی و تشخیص تقاطع خطوط در جهان برای بررسی اسناد جرم و نمونه‌های صحنه جرم برای کاربری پلیس آگاهی ساخته شده است که به دست سردار رادان رونمایی شد و در اختیار پلیس قرار گرفت.
