The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has appointed Dr Alireza Masoum as the person responsible for establishing the IASBS Digital Transformation Centre. In this decree, Prof Nasiri Gheydari referred to Dr Masoum’s commitment, capability and academic experience, and wished him success in carrying out this important responsibility.
The text of the decree says:
‘With reference to the resolution of the fifth meeting of the University Board of Trustees and the notification of the Centre of Boards of Trustees and Promotion Committees of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and in view of your academic background and valuable experience, you are appointed, as of 2 November 2025, as the person responsible for establishing the IASBS Digital Transformation Centre. It is expected that, relying on Almighty God and drawing on your knowledge, experience and innovative approach, you will take effective and lasting steps in planning, organising and achieving the goals of this strategic centre. It is also expected that, through cooperation with various university units and by using the capacity of the Centre’s Policy Council, you will lay the groundwork for the development of digital transformation infrastructure and culture, and realise the objectives set out in the statute in the best possible manner. I pray to Almighty God for your continued success.’
