The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The second seasonal meeting of "Winter Evening with Book Lovers" entitled "Let's Read for Iran” has been organised by the Turkman Library and presented by Dr Hamed Zandi, a faculty member of the Language Teaching Section.
During the meeting, which focused on "A Comparative Study of IAS and IASBS: Investigating the History and Thoughts of the Founders", the intellectual and structural similarities and differences between the two scientific institutions were examined by Dr Zandi. The discussion was based on two books: "Zanjan Basic Sciences: the Story of the Founding of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences" written by Prof Yousef Sobouti, and "The Usefulness of Useless Knowledge" by the American educator, Abraham Flexner.
