The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

A joint meeting has been held between the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) and Zanjan Pars Switch. The meeting, which took place on 16 February 2026 was hosted by Zanjan Pars Switch and attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr GholamReza Farsaad within the framework of the previous memorandum of understanding (MoU) and aimed to deepen scientific, research, and technological cooperation between the two sides.
At the beginning of the meeting, the IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, expressed appreciation for the interactions carried out so far and emphasised the necessity of presenting specific executive solutions to implement the provisions of the MoU between the two parties. He described the synergy between the scientific capacities of the university and the industrial capabilities of the company as a basis for the formation of impactful joint projects.
The two sides then reviewed practical proposals for expanding cooperation, including defining joint research and development projects, supporting problem-oriented theses, utilising laboratory capacities, and establishing sustainable cooperation mechanisms. The Head of the IASBS Science and Technology Park, Dr AbbasAli Zamani, also attended the meeting along with a number of park managers and experts.
At the end of the meeting, the IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, and Zanjan Pars Switch CEO, Mr GholamReza Farsaad visited various sections of the company and its laboratories and became acquainted with the technical capacities and operational processes of the complex.
