The Computer Center is on the second floor of the Physics Department (next to the Physics computer site). This Center provides the following services to the members of the university.
Torkaman Library was established in 1993. It contains a useful combination of specialized and general books, bilingual dictionaries, and specialized and general encyclopedias.
The Education Office comes under the Education and Research Department. Its main job is to manage the educational affairs of the students from registration to graduation.

The IASBS President, Prof Sadollah Nasiri Gheydari, has appointed Mr Javad Rahimirad as the acting head of the Technical Office at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS).
In the appointment decree, it is stated: “Greetings. In view of your commitment, individual merit, and valuable executive experience, you are hereby appointed as the acting head of the university’s Technical Office for a period of two years. It is expected that, by relying on Almighty God, and drawing upon your expertise, experience, and managerial capabilities, you will make every effort towards improving technical affairs, enhancing infrastructure, organising equipment and facilities, supervising the implementation of construction projects, increasing efficiency, and providing appropriate support for the university’s development activities. It is also expected that, through careful planning, continuous supervision, and the use of the capacities of specialist staff, you will create coordination and coherence among different sections. It is hoped that you will be successful in carrying out your assigned duties.”
