خدمات چاپ، ایمیل دانشگاهی، اتصال به اینترنت و امکانات سایت کامپیوتر.
كتابخانه(تركمان) دانشگاه تحصیلات تكمیلی علوم پایه زنجان فعالیت خود را ازسال ۱۳۷۲ آغاز كرده است. كتابخانه تركمان دارای مجموعه مفیدی از کتابهای تخصصی ، عمومی ، فرهنگهای دوزبانه و دایرهالمعارفهای تخصصی و عمومی است.
مدیریت امور آموزشی در این دانشگاه، بهعنوان یكی از واحدهای تابعه معاونت آموزشی- پژوهشی
دانشگاه محسوب
میشود و وظیفه اصلی آن، مدیریت كلیه امور آموزشی دانشجویان از آغاز تا فراغت از تحصیل است.
ساعات پاسخگویی به مراجعین محترم اعم از حضوری و تلفنی ۱۱ تا ۱۳ هر روز میباشد
